Business Overview
Townsville Bake Inn is a well known and fully managed bakery located in two ideal positions:

• Mount Louisa – Shop 2, corner Bayswater Road and Banfeld Drive
• Heatley – Shop 4, 120 Fulham Road

The vendor purchased the Mount Louisa store in 2000 and the Heatley store in 2001. Both stores are predominantly retail operations, with some wholesale on a case by case basis. Both bakeries are located on busy main roads and are well situated in a mix of residential and industrial.

Employees & Business Hours
Eleven staff work in the bakeries, performing approximately 270 combine hours per week. There is a full time manager of both stores. The vendor does not work in the businesses and only processes the pays and bills.

The trading hours for the Mount Louisa store are:

• Monday to Saturday: 6.15am – 10pm
• Sunday: 7.15am – 10pm

The trading hours for the Heatley store are:

• Monday to Friday: 6.30am – 4.30pm
• Saturday: 7.45am – 3.15pm

Equipment and Facilities
All machinery is in good order with Mt Louisa having a makeover early last year including new paint and stainless steel bench tops. A 2007 Hilux delivery ute in good condition is included in the sale. This ute has a stainless box on the back for transporting goods between shops. Both shops also have a cold room.
