CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
I, the Recipient, acknowledge the receipt of Confidential Information from the Vendor and Beyond 2000 Business Sales.
I acknowledge that the contents of the Sale Proposal and any other information provided to me will remain strictly confidential and will only be distributed to advisors on a “need to know” basis. The same confidentiality obligations will be observed by any persons to whom I necessarily show the information.
All copies of any material will only be made for internal use and will be controlled and recovered by me.
I declare that no warranties or representations have been made to me by Beyond 2000 Business Sales as to the correctness or completeness of any of the information provided and they will have no liability to me arising from my use of the information.
I will not make direct contact with the Vendor unless approved or directed by Beyond 2000 Business Sales.
The submission of this Confidentiality Agreement to Beyond 2000 Business Sales signifies my acceptance of the above conditions.
